Win 7 is killing me. I am trying to install Camtasia tools and it keeps showing me this:Screenshot
Access denied. Any knows how to knock out win7 securities so it let me do whatever I want? It is not kaspersky, I also disabled microsoft essentials (protection), no idea from where it comes.

Is Camtasia the only acceptable option? CamStudio works well for me.

I need a software allowing editing movies. I already worked with Camtasia and I know to handle it. I have no time for learning other software, spent 1 hour with moviemaker and is like chinese for me.
Camtasia is for win7, so I don't have a clue why the installer is blocked when writes in registry.

I tried even to install it in safe mode but I am unable to start my computer in safe mode. Tutorial says press F8 and you will get this Safe mode but I get a super strange screen with 1 million options, colors and strange names of HD, video cards, memory, nothing as in the screen.

It is an error due to MsiExec.exe. Trying now to find online some info.

health is very bad those days. I have no more energy to start over and learn a new tool. Camtasia let me hover with mouse and cut/paste very intuitive (did already 5 movies with in the past). Movie maker works with those "start and end points", it creates a new project each time when you do modifications so you need a few hours of work to understand until you can work effective with.

it is the windows installer which sucks, but it does not let me install a new one neither. So better wait the winter holidays, then try to learn movie maker, as is the only tool working. Then I need to learn html, then design site. Need 4 more lives.

Yes. From what I've read on other error reports, this is common issue when your windows installer is somehow corrupted. There is a tool to fix it, msi_repair_tool.exe but they ask to run it in safe mode
Well, I ran hundreds of safe mode in XP, but now in win 7 when I press F8 as the manual says, I land in a weird interface with all technical names of my HD's, video parameters, boot options. I clicked on everything, scrolled everything, "safe mode" is no where to select

Yes, exactly. It is my bios running on F8. I see no where safe mode, really looked everywhere.
In xp I pressed F8 then I had list:

 "Start windows XP"
"Start last configuration" (or something close)
 "Start safe mode"

was easy. Now I enter bios. But who set this key to Bios? Seller or when installing win7?
