Alternative balance 8 level + manual

8 уровень сильно понерфлен так как с учётом способностей они намного сильнее оригинала
Не работает с 3 улучшениями существ
Также понерфленны скелеты

Ищем TxtEdit в F:\Games\HoMM 3 ERA\Tools\TextEdit
